Rashmi Bhatnagar DMD, MPH
After obtaining a BS in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University in 1996, Dr. Bhatnagar graduated from University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in 2000. She continued her training in an intensive residency program at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia for one year. This training has enabled her to treat all facets of dentistry efficiently, effectively, gently, and thoroughly. After her training, Dr. Bhatnagar remained in the hospital dentistry arena treating medically and mentally compromised patients at Special Smiles, Ltd., Episcopal Hospital, Temple University. Her love for treating medically and mentally challenged patients gave her the inspiration to complete a Masters in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Public Health. Dr. Bhatnagar remains active with advancements in dentistry through seminars and study clubs. She is an accomplished Preferred Provider in Invisalign, and has successfully treated many complex cosmetic cases. Her passion is to provide dental health and beautiful smiles to people and their families.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dr. Bhatnagar enjoys music, golfing, hiking, yoga, and spending time with family and friends. She has been happily married for over five years, and plans to raise a family in the Chandler area. Dr. Bhatnagar’s husband Ajay Bhatnagar, MD, MBA is a practicing radiation oncologist in Casa Grande, and is extremely devoted to his field. Together, Drs. Ajay and Rashmi Bhatnagar spend much of their time with charitable events fighting against causes of various types of cancer.
Prior to her Arizona relocation, Dr. Bhatnagar was practicing dentistry in Pennsylvania. She takes pride in her relationships gained with previous staff and patients. She was featured in the Pittsburgh 51 Corridor newspaper and wrote monthly articles educating people on different procedures and trends in the field of dentistry. Now, she continues to spread dental education with monthly columns in the Ahwatukee Foothills News newspaper. Dr. Bhatnagar hopes to continue building close relationships with her patients in Ahwatukee, and hopes to spread dental education among the surrounding community.

Dallin Birch, D.M.D.
Dr. Dallin Birch is originally from southeastern Idaho and came to the Phoenix area in 1998. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. Dr. Birch graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has also received post-graduate training in endodontics, CEREC and Invisalign. He is an artist by nature and is very meticulous as he strives to deliver the highest quality dental care. He is very compassionate and tries to give every patient the most comfortable experience possible.
Dr. Birch is an accomplished musician, having played piano for over 25 years. He also likes to go snowboarding in the winter. Most of all, he loves to spend time with his wife and his two young children.
Dr. Birch is also fluent in Spanish.

Perry Fraiman, D.D.S.
Dr. Fraiman is a prosthodontist, specializing in complex restorative dentistry. After graduating from SUNY @ Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, Dr.Fraiman completed a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein MEdical Center in Philadelphia, Pa. Dr.Fraiman was asked to stay on as Chief Resident the following year, after which he completed a 3 year ADA-residency specializing in Prosthdontics. Dr. Fraiman has held teaching positions at University of Pennsylvania Dental School in addition to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Fraiman limits his practice to advanced restorative dentistry including the placement and restoration of dental implants, porcelain crowns and veneers, complete dentures, and full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Fraiman has completed research on dental implants that has been incorporated into the design of many dental implants used today.

Dr. Fraiman lectures nationwide of various dental topics. Dr. Fraiman lives with his wife and two daughters in Cave Creek, Arizona.

Anne Marino, Office Manager
Anne joins our team with over 17 years of dental administrative experience. She is very knowledgeable in providing answers to many insurance questions and going over payment plan options with our patients to aid them in their continued dental care.
Anne and her husband Pete moved from the Bay Area of California a little more than a year ago and are enjoying life in this beautiful area. She has two grown children and an adorable Yorkie named Maddie. When not working, Anne and her husband are exploring the sights of Arizona. They also love to cruise and have been to many wonderful places.

Samera Figueroa, RDH (Dental Hygienist)
Samera is our knowledgeable hygienist. Samera takes pride in educating our patients on how to improve their dental home care. She makes every effort to answer our patients questions, and will research the topics unknown. Samera strongly feels that patients should understand why any type of dental treatment is recommended, and she will spend the extra time educating every recommendation.
Samera has been praised by our patients in being very gentle and thorough in her dental cleanings and hygiene treatments.
Samera enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 year old son.

Sandy Fussner, RDH (Dental Hygienist)
Sandy is focused on giving our patients the highest quality and gentle dental care while visiting our office.
Sandy brings over 3 decades of dental experience to our office. Starting off as a dental assistant in high school, Sandy pursued her love of dentistry in college to become a dental hygienist. Her years of learned knowledge and ongoing education, she takes pride in helping our patients achieve optimal health through education, treatment of periodontal disease and maintenance of oral health. She is a member of both the American Dental Hygiene Association and the Arizona State Dental Hygiene Association.
While away from the office, Sandy enjoys golf, hiking, snow skiing with her husband and teenage sons.

Kaija Claridge, RDH (Dental Hygienist)
Kaija Claridge was born and raised in Southeastern Arizona. She has been in the dental field for over 12 years, working first as a dental assistant, and now as a dental hygienist. Kaija graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2003 with her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, at which time she and her husband moved to the Phoenix area. She has been successful in helping to establish several dental hygiene programs and loves her profession. She has a gentle chair-side manner which patients find comforting and endearing.
When Kaija is not working, she keeps herself very busy doing the things that she enjoys like cooking, reading, and spending time in the outdoors. She is very dedicated to her husband of twelve years and their three children. When she can, Kaija helps with a local Down Syndrome organization by helping to care for the needs of these special children. She also actively serves in her church.
